SOOQGO respects your right to control your personal data. This page explains how to request deletion of your account and associated data.
You can permanently delete your account and all associated data directly from the app, at any time. Deletion is immediate and irreversible.
If you cannot access the app — for example, you are locked out of your account — you can request deletion by email with the subject "Delete My Account":
Include the email address and display name associated with your SOOQGO account. We will confirm your request within 48 hours and complete the deletion within 7 business days.
Upon receiving your verified request, we will delete:

The following data may be retained for limited periods, as required by law or for legitimate business purposes:

After the retention period expires, residual data is automatically and permanently purged from our systems.
If you want to delete only specific data (not the entire account) — for example, removing a listing, a chat conversation, or your profile photo — you can do this directly within the app:

تحترم SOOQGO حقك في التحكم ببياناتك الشخصية. توضّح هذه الصفحة كيفية طلب حذف حسابك والبيانات المرتبطة به.
تقدر تحذف حسابك وكل بياناتك نهائياً مباشرة من التطبيق في أي وقت. الحذف فوري ولا يمكن التراجع عنه.
إذا ما تقدر تدخل التطبيق — مثلاً حسابك مقفول — تقدر تطلب الحذف بالإيميل بعنوان "Delete My Account":
ضمّن عنوان الإيميل واسم العرض المرتبط بحسابك في SOOQGO. سنؤكد طلبك خلال 48 ساعة، ونكمل الحذف خلال 7 أيام عمل.
بمجرد استلام طلبك المُتحقق منه، نحذف:

| رمز FCM للإشعارات | حذف نهائي |
| سجل البحث | حذف نهائي |
قد يتم الاحتفاظ بالبيانات التالية لفترات محدودة، حسبما يقتضيه القانون أو الأغراض التجارية المشروعة:

بعد انتهاء فترة الاحتفاظ، تتم إزالة البيانات المتبقية تلقائياً ونهائياً من أنظمتنا.
إذا كنت تريد حذف بيانات معيّنة فقط (وليس الحساب كاملاً) — مثل إزالة إعلان أو محادثة أو صورتك الشخصية — يمكنك ذلك مباشرة من التطبيق:
