SOOQGO ("we," "our," or "us") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use the SOOQGO mobile application (the "App").
Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your email address, display name, phone number (optional), and profile photo (optional).
Shop Information (for sellers): Shop name, location, emirate, contact details, brands carried, and operating hours.
Listing Information: Product details, photos, prices, and descriptions you post on the App.
Communication: Messages exchanged via in-app chat with other users.
Device Information: Device type, operating system, app version, and unique device identifiers (FCM token for push notifications).
Location (optional): Approximate location if you grant permission, used for showing nearby shops and parts.
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as follows:
Your data is stored on secure Google Firebase servers, primarily in the Middle East (me-central1 region — Dubai). We use industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (HTTPS) and access controls.
However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

SOOQGO is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we learn we have collected data from a minor, we will delete it promptly.
The App does not use cookies. We use Firebase Analytics to understand how users interact with the App. You can opt out via your device settings.
