Welcome to SOOQGO. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the SOOQGO mobile application (the "App") operated by SOOQGO ("we," "our," or "us"). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
SOOQGO is an online marketplace platform that connects buyers and sellers of auto parts. We are a platform only. We do not own, sell, buy, or guarantee any of the listed products. All transactions, payments, and delivery arrangements happen directly between buyers and sellers.
You must be at least 18 years old to use SOOQGO. By using the App, you confirm that:

SOOQGO is currently free to use for all users. In the future, we may introduce optional paid subscriptions (e.g., "Pro" and "Business" plans for sellers) with additional features. Any paid features will be clearly disclosed before purchase, and current free features will remain free.
The SOOQGO name, logo, design, and software are owned by us. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
Content you post (listings, photos, messages) remains yours, but by posting, you grant SOOQGO a worldwide, non-exclusive license to display, distribute, and promote the content within the App.
You may leave honest reviews and ratings based on real experiences. We may remove reviews that are fake, defamatory, off-topic, or violate our community guidelines.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms, illegal activity, or any reason at our discretion. You may delete your account and all associated data at any time, instantly and permanently, from within the App: Profile → Preferences → Delete account.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SOOQGO and its founders shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SOOQGO from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. However, because users may access SOOQGO globally, certain protections may apply under your local jurisdiction.
Disputes between users should first be resolved directly between the parties. If unresolved, disputes related to the App itself may be submitted to the courts of the Emirate of Sharjah, UAE.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via in-app notification or email. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

أهلاً بك في SOOQGO. تحكم شروط الاستخدام هذه ("الشروط") استخدامك لتطبيق SOOQGO المحمول ("التطبيق") المُشغَّل من قِبل SOOQGO ("نحن" أو "لنا"). بإنشاء حساب أو استخدام التطبيق، فإنك توافق على الالتزام بهذه الشروط.
SOOQGO هو منصة سوق إلكتروني تربط بين مشتري وبائعي قطع غيار السيارات. نحن منصة فقط. لا نملك أو نبيع أو نشتري أو نضمن أيًا من المنتجات المعروضة. تتم جميع المعاملات والمدفوعات وترتيبات التوصيل مباشرة بين المشتري والبائع.

SOOQGO حاليًا مجاني للاستخدام لجميع المستخدمين. في المستقبل، قد نقدم اشتراكات مدفوعة اختيارية (مثل خطط "Pro" و"Business" للبائعين) مع ميزات إضافية. سيتم الإفصاح عن أي ميزات مدفوعة بوضوح قبل الشراء، وستبقى الميزات المجانية الحالية مجانية.
اسم SOOQGO وشعاره وتصميمه وبرنامجه ملك لنا. لا يجوز لك نسخها أو تعديلها أو توزيعها أو إنشاء أعمال مشتقة منها دون إذن خطي منا.
المحتوى الذي تنشره (إعلانات، صور، رسائل) يبقى ملكك، ولكن بنشره، تمنح SOOQGO ترخيصًا عالميًا غير حصري لعرض وتوزيع وترويج المحتوى داخل التطبيق.
يمكنك ترك تقييمات ومراجعات صادقة بناءً على تجارب حقيقية. قد نزيل المراجعات الكاذبة أو المسيئة أو غير المتعلقة بالموضوع أو التي تنتهك إرشادات المجتمع.
يجوز لنا تعليق أو إنهاء حسابك في أي وقت بسبب انتهاكات هذه الشروط أو النشاط غير القانوني أو لأي سبب وفقًا لتقديرنا. يمكنك حذف حسابك وكل بياناتك المرتبطة به في أي وقت، نهائياً وفوراً، من داخل التطبيق: الملف الشخصي ← التفضيلات ← حذف الحساب.
يتم تقديم التطبيق "كما هو" دون أي ضمانات. نحن لا نضمن:
إلى أقصى حد يسمح به القانون، لا تتحمل SOOQGO ومؤسسوها المسؤولية عن أي أضرار غير مباشرة أو عرضية أو خاصة أو تبعية ناجمة عن استخدامك للتطبيق، بما في ذلك على سبيل المثال لا الحصر فقدان الأرباح أو البيانات أو الفرص التجارية.
توافق على الدفاع عن SOOQGO وتعويضها وإبراء ذمتها من أي مطالبات أو أضرار أو نفقات ناشئة عن استخدامك للتطبيق أو انتهاكك لهذه الشروط أو انتهاكك لأي حقوق طرف ثالث.
تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين الإمارات العربية المتحدة. ومع ذلك، نظرًا لأن المستخدمين قد يصلون إلى SOOQGO عالميًا، فقد تنطبق حماية معينة بموجب اختصاصك المحلي.
يجب حل النزاعات بين المستخدمين أولاً مباشرة بين الأطراف. إذا لم تُحل، يمكن تقديم النزاعات المتعلقة بالتطبيق نفسه إلى محاكم إمارة الشارقة، الإمارات العربية المتحدة.
قد نقوم بتحديث هذه الشروط من وقت لآخر. سيتم الإعلان عن التغييرات الجوهرية عبر إشعار داخل التطبيق أو البريد الإلكتروني. استمرارك في استخدام التطبيق بعد التغييرات يعني قبولك للشروط المحدثة.
